We humans, when extremely happy, we still feel like there's something important missing. And when we are in love, we would dream about that person everyday...while that love is fruitful. While seeing each other, one would think that the other person is perfect for oneself, so much until one feels "I will never forget this feeling." But after we lose that person, the love turns into pain. The song "Another Days" from w-inds. is one full of heartbreak although the three of them are always happy. Though they sing about the pain that is apparent in the lyrics...don't worry, because the three of them are as cheerful as ever!

Everyone

>>>So this is your 5th single~
KEITA: Yeah, I though it was the 8th one though.
Everyone: ???
RYUICHI: Yeah, let's begin! Keita-kun, tone down the silliness, would you? *scolding* This is just the fifth single that everyone's been waiting for!
RYOHEI: You only get that kind of silliness once in a while *laughs* But it seems like we've been waiting for the release of the 5th single ever since we debuted.
RYUICHI: No~this is the 5th single that everyone's been waiting for! That's what I wanted to say, yeah.
>>>Yes, thank you for the silliness right at the beginning *laughs*
KEITA: No, no *laughs* But you listened to "Another Days" already right?
>>>Yes, I did. This single is really full of pain.
RYUICHI: Yeah, it really is. But I like it very much, of course I also like the lyrics very much. Even though the overall tone of the song is really too much...because first of all, there's the feeling full of pain. Second of all, just listening to the interlude that's full of heartbreak! It makes me want to cry...like, "oh I can't take this anymore!"

KEITA: Because this is a very sad song.
>>>It seems that Keita's singing voice is really full of emotion for this single.
KEITA: Yes! Because I was singing with the feeling of the man that's in this song. When I read the lyrics over and over again, the guy's pain transferred to me, so when I sang the song it made me cry.
RYOHEI: Yes, but I really do understand that feeling. But there are some parts of the song that I don't understand. Probably because we don't have enough experiences in love. You know, there are parts like "Hm...is that how it feels?"
>>>I see. Like some of the lines of the song, you don't know how to present it?
RYOHEI: Like the phrase, "Modoranai ai wo okizari ni shite" (Leaving the love behind that will never come back), I understand the part about the love not being able to return, but how do you leave the love behind? So if you really think about it, it's really deep.
KEITA: Ah, when I saw the line, "Yume wo chiribameta mirai zu wa kimi to miageteta sora e to kiete" (The map of the future where we scattered all our dreams disappeared into the sky that we used to look up at), even now I'm still not sure how to picture it.
RYUICHI: Yes, but it is a good verse. Because if you just write out the feeling of loneliness as "lonely" it'd be easy to imagine. But with the kind of writing that the lyrics have, won't the listener and reader be able to use their imagination? That's what makes this song even better!
RYOHEI: I can't believe Ryuichi-kun said that! *laughs* Because it seems Ryuich-kun tells these things very passionately *laughs*
RYUICHI: *laughs* This single, Youyama-san wrote it for us. After I met him for the first time after recieving the song, everytime I look at Youyama-san, I would feel the pain and the love.
KEITA: How can you look at Youyama-san and feel love?! Youyama-san is a man! *laughs*
RYUICHI: That's not what I meant! I meant, even if Youyama-san is only like 26 or so but age doesn't matter when it comes to love. But this person can write really good lyrics even though he is so young.

>>>Even if you're so young *laughs*
RYUICHI: While I myself am too young! *laughs*
>>>*laughs* But I know what you mean, Ryuichi-kun. Everyone experiences pain, but not everyone can turn it into lyrics.
RYUICHI: Yes! That's it! That's it! I really like love songs so I listen to them often, but I don't really understand the English lyrics so I can only feel the pain with the melody rather than the lyrics. But with this single, because the lyrics are so meaningful it can go into that feeling. Plus, as I said, the overall tone of the song is very painful even though the melody already makes me want to cry. Therefore, I like this song very much!
>>>Being involved in a song you like very much is a wonderful thing. Plus, just going into the feeling of you three, the listener can already feel it in their hearts.
KEITA: Yeah. I sang this song with a lot of emotion, so please listen to it!
>>> Because all three of you have a connection with this song, I'd like to ask you what would happen to you if you had a heartbreak?

RYUICHI: While listening to love ballads, I would imagine myself as the person in the lyrics, and imagine the times we were together and cry!
KEITA: For me, if I was heartbroken, I wouldn't cry at all. I think I would just hold it in. But if we had ended on a fight, then I don't think we'd be very sad. But for the guy in the "Another Days" lyrics, he still loves the girl even after they had split up for over a year. So I guess then it would feel like, "Ano toki ni kimi ga matte ita kisetsu ga mou hajimarou to shiteiru yo" (The season that you were waiting for at that time is almost starting now)? Of course, it is the type of love that cannot be forgotten. When I thought of the guy in the song, I felt that I wanted that type of love too and I probably wouldn't be able to forget the times that we spent together. So, if we broke up by saying we hate each other would be better.
>>>Wow, your opinion is very grown up. How about Ryohei-kun?
RYOHEI: If it were me, I would definitely cry. Because I think in this case, it is pretty heavy especially if I'm alone, I would defintely cry. That's probably similar to this song, after we had said good-bye, the memories we had together were fun. I feel that giving that person a lot of importance is the right thing to do. But if the breakup was my own fault, then I would reflect on all the things that I had done. But if it was the decision of the other person, and I still liked her, I would just have to hold it in. But then if my guy-friends consoled me, I would probably cry. *laughs*
RYUICHI: Ah~I understand that feeling. When I listen to my friend's heartbreak stories, I would feel sad with them. But if I'm listening to the type that ended in an argument, I would feel even more angrier that the couple involved!
RYOHEI: Wow, that's intense *laughs* But I do think that this is a really good song. Like Keita-kun had said earlier, when someone is in love, he would see everything beautifully. I like the lines, "Sono ashiato mo itsu ka wa usurete wasurerarete iku no ka na" (I wonder if even those footsteps we left together are going to someday slowly disappear and become forgotten) and the lines, "dakedo ima wa omotteitai futari sugoshite kita imi wo kanarazu mirai ni nokoseru you ni..." (But I want to think about it now so that we can see in the future the reason why we were together) the most. Because it is the part that makes you think the most. While dating someone, and you get the feeling "I won't forget!" it will eventually die down a little. For us humans, there's no such thing as not forgetting anything. Even if we don't want to forget, we can't move on unless we let certain things go.
>>>That's true, because humans must move forward. Easing the pain by "forgetting." The force of the breakup is important for continuing to live.
KEITA: Yes! Understanding the heartbreak of other people, makes you kinder to other people! "dakedo ima wa omotteitai futari sugoshite kita imi wo kanarazu mirai ni nokoseru you ni..." (But I want to think about it now so that we can see in the future the reason why we were together)!

>>>You say it so well! Its like "the meaning of being w-inds. will remain 'till the future"!
RYOHEI: Uh-huh!
>>>w-inds. today is the best!
KEITA: Thank you very much *laughs* The coupling song for this single is in the latin house style, it's a song that moves very fast. Onegaishimasu!
RYUICHI: For me, that song is faster than any that we have ever done, so please listen to it!
RYOHEI: Onegaishimasu~bye bye.
