I checked there and also at YesAsia but it's already out-of-print at YesAsia. Did the program you watched mention the free gift? I don't know about the other calendars but Koichi's free gift is AWESOME!!! It's a small book FULL of page after page of photos of just him. BIG BONUS!!!
