In these 26 questions, we gave the members of Plastic Tree a vocabulary and had them tell us what it meant to them, or what they think of when they hear the word. Some of the Japanese words have complicated meanings, therefore, the answer may be a bit weird but please understand the topic first (this is a VERY weird interview, even more than the Gackt one. The answers don't make sense most of the time, I don't really know what they're talking about mostly -_-" But I like the band that's why I translated it...Ryutaro seems to be the only normal one though -D.T.). Okay! Let's begin!

ANGLE ~what you desire at the moment
Ryutaro: To be peaceful.
Akira: My wish has always come true no matter what, and I hope that it will continue to be that way.
Tadashi: I want to feel and be stimulated by things more.
Takashi: I want to live an easy life.

BLOOM ~growing up/evolving
Ryutaro: The way we act now is better than how we were before right?
Akira: "Looking at a flower withering naturally" Those words sound sad.
Tadashi: It's a natural change, one that you can't see with your naked eyes.
Takashi: I would want myself to improve.

CIREUS ~doing something funny (I don't think cireus is a word...-D.T.)
Ryutaro: It reminds me of a clown I went to watch at the zoo when I was a kid. Even now, I still dream of him.
Akira: Being watched like that, it's different from one's true intentions. It's an important thing.
Tadashi: Light and shadow.
Takashi: Hiding is running away from the truth - that's funny.

DAYS ~the days to come and eternity
Ryutaro: Everything is like an illusion.
Akira: Until you're bored doing something over and over again is not always a good thing. But if you're bored doing it, you would probably stop naturally.
Tadashi: It's full of consciousless miracles.
Takashi: Doing everything so as to have no regrets later.

EGOTISTIC~confidence in oneself
Ryutaro: Everyone says I'm like that.
Akira: It's a basis of living, isn't good to be like that?
Tadashi: If you can handle everything, you would never feel that it's enough though.

FASCINATION~attractive objects
Ryutaro: There are only a few things like that in this world.
Akira: If there's too much attraction then it would run out sooner. But if there's none at all, that wouldn't be good right?
Tadashi: But if it's a quality of something, that'd be good.
Takashi: For me, my drum set definitely has to be pretty. *laughs*

GAME~game
Ryutaro: Nowadays, I often play games at my house.
Akira: I would think of the memory card.
Tadashi: If it's a game with a black and white screen, I'd feel weird (in a good way).
Takashi: To Anchang & Akito, you guys practice a lot, okay? At least be good enough to beat me *laughs* And to Tamaki, if you play well you might be able to beat me for once. *laughs* (I don't know who these people are...the only Anchang I know is from SEX MACHINEGUNS but I doubt it's him -_-" -D.T.)

HOME~home, birthplace
Ryutaro: You can never forget your birthplace.
Akira: Just thinking about it makes me happy.
Tadashi: It's a part of who you are.
Takashi: It'd be where my bones are buried (O_o okay~-D.T.).

INFERIOR~one's own faults (or other band member's)
Ryutaro: Akira doesn't eat mushrooms, Tadashi doesn't like chili, and Takashi doesn't want anything with water drop patterns. *laughs*
Akira: What!? What are you saying?
Tadashi: Everyone has faults!
Takashi: But ours is a visual one *laughs* (In this case the 'visual' means like the visual in "visual rock band" -D.T.)

JELLYFISH~jellyfish
Ryutaro: It can always stay in the sea.
Akira: I haven't been to the sea for many years already. I miss it.
Tadashi: I think it's pretty (I don't know if he means the sea or a jellyfish ^^" -D.T.)
Takashi: How are you? Long time no see, jellyfish. *laughs*

KIU~heartbreak
Ryutaro: I might be the type that hates this kinda stuff!?
Akira: I don't know anything about heartbreaks *laughs*
Tadashi: Hm...it's a sad way to end a relationship.
Takashi: I can see the footprints that's walking away *cries* (whether he cries for real or not is beyond me ^^" -D.T.)

LIVES~concerts
Ryutaro: Right now lives feel the most real.
Akira: We've finally reached that point.
Tadashi: Your personality comes out in your honesty in your heart.
Takashi: Right now it's a place that I can show my trueself. That kind of place is hard to find nowadays, I think we're getting too famous *laughs*

MONOPHOBIA~the fear of being alone
Ryutaro: On a day of clear blue sky, but there's no one around.
Akira: I'm afraid of being copied.
Tadashi: I can't stand people who aren't delicate.
Takashi: A misunderstanding.

NORMAL~everyday normal things
Ryutaro: Those are very common.
Akira: You should always take care of your efforts. But if you don't want to put in any effort then you don't have to take care of it *laughs*
Tadashi: It might be the feeling of being at ease
Takashi: Supply and demand.

ONLY~something that you cannot give into
Ryutaro: There's always something like that.
Akira: I've seen it from other people. The kind of things where you think, "what should I do?" are common.
Tadashi: One's own improvements.
Takashi: Lying to oneself.

PLASTIC TREE~Plastic Tree
Ryutaro: The place where I belong.
Akira: The name of the band I'm in.
Tadashi: An atmosphere.
Takashi: A very well groomed band.

QUALITY~one's own good points (or other members)
Ryutaro: My own is that my hair grows very fast, Akira reads every explanation very carefully, Tadashi has good memory, and Takashi wakes up the earliest.
Akira: How much do you want to hear? I'll tell you everything.
Tadashi: Everyone is patient.
Takashi: I thought you aren't allowed to talk about inside stuff of your band with outsiders?

RESET~going back and doing something
Ryutaro: There's nothing for today.
Akira: I don't have any.
Tadashi: None.
Takashi: If I have enough free time I would consider that. Right now I just want to live my life to the fullest and wait for the results. I want to know if the time lost, were they lost in vain?

SINK~enscribing your name near yourself
Ryutaro: When people die, all that's left is their name.
Akira: The gap between the price of 300 yen, even children understands that kind of thing. *laughs*
Tadashi: A life that's a number 7 and is changed with a number 8 and is revived once more.
Takashi: When you can't buy things with money.

TRUE~stories that are true
Ryutaro: I don't know any yet.
Akira: It might be the story that I haven't paid my taxes yet?! *laughs*
Tadashi: Definitely the existence of oneself.
Takashi: That I'm very very clumsy is true.

UTOPIA~the land of your dreams
Ryutaro: You won't know unless you die.
Akira: I feel good when I hear it.
Tadashi: Someday there would probably be something that I want to search for too.
Takashi: Even though you don't climb high, you can still see the beautiful scenery.

VARIANCE~change
Ryutaro: Whether or not you call for it, they happen anyways.
Akira: Because if you don't live your life with many things then you will suffer.
Tadashi: As long as time keeps walking.
Takashi: The intention of your subconscience.

WATER~tears
Ryutaro: No matter the place, it can never dry out.
Akira: Washing a rag.
Tadashi: What you need to fully be a human being.
Takashi: Lying is the worst thing ever.

X~what you're interested in the most right now
Ryutaro: When I shut my ears, I would hear some sounds drifting in.
Akira: Anything new.
Tadashi: The world from this point on.
Takashi: Skin with anthrax.

YOU~say one thing about the other members
Ryutaro: Akira-"fufufu"...Tadashi-"hey hey hey"...Takashi-"hai hai hai" *laughs*
Akira: Nothing in particular.
Tadashi: We still have a long way to go, guys.
Takashi: Um...we have to keep trying our best, everyone.

ZERO~starting point
Ryutaro: Healing the past wounds.
Akira: It's unforgettable.
Tadashi: I want to go back again too.
Takashi: Because it's where we started, if you go back, then there wouldn't be any improvements. *laughs*
